- One manager rewarded his team with a pizza party every time they completed a project on time and within budget. He decided to surprise them with random changes every week, such as rearranging their desks, changing their passwords, or switching their roles. The team members had to cope with the unexpected and find ways to overcome the obstacles. They also learned to appreciate their normal routines and appreciate each other's skills.

- A fifth leader wanted to create a sense of camaraderie and loyalty among his team. He decided to organize a monthly outing where they would do something fun and adventurous together, such as skydiving, bungee jumping, or paintballing. The team members had to face their fears and trust each other, as well as having a blast and bonding over their shared experiences.
